My newest software find comes from the neverending genius of David Watanabe, maker of the best Mac P2P software on the planet Acquisition, one of the nicest RSS readers NewsFire, and now the coolest search add-on for Safari, Inquisitor.
Inquisitor is a real-time search add-on for Safari’s default Google search box. You can setup alternate searches too, like mine searches for the term at Technorati if I do SHIFT + Return instead of just Return which goes to Google. This is handy in case I want to see what all our friends in the Spanish world are saying about our impending redesign 🙂
In case you want to get a feel for Inquisitor without downloading it, head over to Inquisitor beta where it emulates the Safari plugin but does it AJAX-style in your browser. Very cool.
