When we first launched Business Logs we had a clear vision of the services our company would offer and how we wanted to help organizations utilize blogs to their fullest potential. During the first couple of weeks we received many emails from potential clients looking to find out what it is exactly we do, but one company seemed to understand from the very beginning of why we were so excited to launch. Squarespace, Inc. literally approached us only a couple of days after our launch to discuss what we could do for them and finally we are able to show you a small part of what came out of that discussion.
Squarespace launches their “House of Squarespace” weblog today which will be discussing small business culture, information technology, usability, and ofcourse, blogging. Squarespace is known for their powerful Smarter Publishing functionality as well as their designer templates, however this weblog will be for all readers and not just Squarespace customers.
Business Logs is happy to be part of this endeavor as we are providing communication strategy and guidance for the Squarespace team. Our relationship with Squarespace goes back to when the service initially launched so we’ve been working together for quite some time behind the scenes.
Writers for the House of Squarespace will be members of the Business Logs team, Anthony Casalena (President of Squarespace, Inc.), as well as other professionals around the globe. The goal will be to generate an atmosphere that isn’t surrounded by marketingspeak and advertisements, but rather smart commentary about technology and the user experience.
This is only the tip of the iceberg with regards to what we are doing with Squarespace, but it feels nice to finally be able to show everyone something, even if it is a small piece. So head on over to the House of Squarespace and make sure to say hi.
